Accessing Your Billing Portal
To access your billing and plan portal, you must be the workspace owner, as only the owner has the necessary permissions to view and manage these settings.
Once confirmed, click on the three horizontal lines (hamburger menu) in the upper right corner of your dashboard. This will open a dropdown menu where you can select the "Billing / Plan" option.

Understanding Your Billing Portal
On the "Billing / Plan" page, you'll find a comprehensive overview of your subscription, including:
- Details about your current plan and its features
- Your billing cycle information
- Access to download past invoices for record-keeping or accounting purposes
Managing Payment Methods
The billing portal allows you to manage your payment methods with ease:
- Click "Add New Payment Method" to securely input new payment details
- Add multiple payment methods as needed
- Prioritize one as your primary payment option
- Remove outdated payment methods when necessary

Making Changes to Your Plan
For users looking to adjust their current plan, there are several ways to initiate the process:
Option 1: Contact Your Account Representative
Your dedicated account representative is always available to assist with plan changes. Simply reach out to them for help navigating the upgrade or downgrade process smoothly.
Option 2: Use the Chat Feature
For immediate assistance, use the chat button located in the bottom-right corner of our website. This allows you to instantly connect with our support team, who can guide you through the process.
Option 3: Email Support
Send an email to our support team at support@reachreporting.com. Include your account details and the changes you'd like to make, and our team will assist you in completing the request.
Canceling Your Subscription
While we hope you're enjoying Reach Reporting, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your plan. The cancellation process is straightforward:
Contact Methods:
- Account Representative: Your account representative can walk you through the cancellation process and ensure everything is handled smoothly
- Email or Chat Support: Reach out via email at support@reachreporting.com or through our website's chat feature. Provide your account details and indicate that you'd like to cancel your subscription
Our support team will confirm the cancellation and provide any additional information you may need.
