Published dashboards can be shared through the Client Portal or via shareable links, providing secure access to real-time financial data. You can control which interactive features are available to viewers through client settings, including month selection, data export, filtering capabilities, and AI-enhanced analysis. Published dashboards automatically update when you make changes to the original dashboard, ensuring viewers always have access to the most current information. The dashboards are built to be mobile-responsive and can be viewed in various formats, including embedded views with customizable themes. --- ### **How to Publish a Dashboard** There are two ways to publish a dashboard in Reach Reporting: #### **Method 1: Publishing from the Dashboard List View** 1. Navigate to the **Dashboard** section from the main menu 2. Locate the dashboard you wish to publish 3. Click the **gear icon** on the dashboard tile 4. Open the dashboard you wish to publish in the dashboard editor 2. Click the **gear icon** or settings menu within the editor 3. Select **"Include in Client Portal"** or **"Publish"** 4. Navigate to the **Dashboard** section or open the **Dashboard** 2. Click the **gear icon** on the published dashboard 3. Select **"Manage/Unpublish"** from the dropdown menu 4.
