These date ranges are the most commonly used date ranges within Reach.
Custom
Allows you to select a custom date or date range.
Current Month
Will select the current month (may differ based on the company's set book month.
Last Month
Will select the previous month (may differ based on the company's set book month.
Last 3 Months
Will select the previous 3 months.
Last 6 Months
Will select the previous 6 months.
Last 12 Months
Will select the previous 12 Months.
Calendar
Calendars relate to the calendar year Jan-Dec.
Year to Last Month
Will select Jan to the previous month.
Year to Last Month (1yr ago)
Will select Jan to the previous month of the last year.
Year to Last Month (2yrs ago)
Will select Jan to the precious months from 2 years ago.
Current Year
Will select Jan-Dec of the current year (if the year is not finished data may be blank).
Last Year
Will select Jan-Dec of the previous year.
Prior Full Year (2yrs ago)
Will select Jan-Dec from 2 years ago.
Current Quarter
Will select a quarter period based on the current date (Jan-March, April-Jun, July-Sept, Oct-Dec).
Last Quarter
Will select the previous quarter based on the current book month.
Last Quarter - 1
Will select the previous quarter minus 1 quarter based on the current book month. (only one quarter)
Last Quarter - 2
Will select the previous quarter minus 2 quarters based on the current book month. (only one quarter)
Last Quarter - 3
Will select the previous quarter minus 3 quarters based on the current book month. (only one quarter)
Last Quarter - 4
Will select the previous quarter minus 4 quarters based on the current book month. (only one quarter)
Last 4 Quarters
Will select the previous 4 quarters based on the current book month.
Last 8 Quarters
Will select the previous 8 quarters based on the current book month.
Fiscal
This is based on your fiscal year set within your bookkeeping software in most cases, this may match the calendar year.
Fiscal year to Last Month
Will select from the beginning of your set fiscal year to the previous month.
Fiscal Year to Last Month (1yr ago)
Will select from the beginning of your set fiscal year of last year to the previous month.
Fiscal Year to Last Month (2yrs ago)
Will select from the beginning of your set fiscal year of last year to the previous month.
Fiscal year (current)
Will select your current fiscal year (if the fiscal year is not completed data may be blank).
Fiscal Year (1yr ago)
Will select your previous fiscal year.
Fiscal Full Year (2yrs ago)
Will select your fiscal year from 2 years ago.
Current Fiscal Quarter
Will select your current Fiscal Quarter based on your current book month.
Last Fiscal Quarter
Will select the last Fiscal Quarter based on your current book month.

Will select the last Fiscal Quarter minus 1 quarter based on your current book month. (only one quarter)

Will select from the beginning of the calendar year to the current month.

Will select from the beginning of the calendar year from 2 years ago to the current month.
Fiscal Year to Current Month
Will select from the beginning of your fiscal year to the current month.
Fiscal Year to Current Month (1yr ago)
Will select from the beginning of your last fiscal year to the current month.
Fiscal Year to Current Month (2yrs ago)
Will select from the beginning of your fiscal year 2 years ago to your current month.
Current Month + Last 2
Will select the current month plus the last 2 months.
Current Month + Last 5
Will select the current month plus the last 5 months.
Current Month + Last 11
Will select the current month plus the last 11 months.
Fiscal Year to Last Month - 1 Mo
Will select the beginning of your fiscal year to the last month minus 1 month. (only one month)
Fiscal Year to Last Month - 2 Mo
Will select the beginning of your fiscal year to the last month minus 2 months. (only one month)
Fiscal Year to Last Month - 3 Mo
Will select the beginning of your fiscal year to the last month minus 3 months. (only one month)
Next Fiscal Quarter
Will select the next fiscal quarter based on the current book month.
Next Fiscal Quarter + 1
Will select the next fiscal quarter plus 1 quarter based on the current book month. (only a one-quarter range)
Next Fiscal Quarter + 2
Will select the next fiscal quarter plus 2 quarters based on the current book month. (only a one-quarter range)
Next Fiscal Quarter + 3
Will select the next fiscal quarter plus 3 quarters based on the current book month. (only a one-quarter range)
