Reach Reporting has two amazing financial statements to add to your statement offerings.

**1.  Accounts Receivable Aging Summary**

**2.  Accounts Payable Aging Summary**

### Integrations

**QuickBooks Online:** 

Make sure you sync your company to have the latest data.

 

**QuickBooks Desktop:** 

Make sure you update your Desktop Connector to the latest version and then resync your company with the boxes checked to sync AR/AP.

| ### **How to Add AR/AP Aging Statements** Simply go to any report or dashboard and add a statement. You will see the options: |

### **Important Limitations**

- **AR/AP aging statements are not customizable** - you cannot add custom rows or modify the structure like you can with other statements.
- **AR/AP is not available for consolidations** - these statements are not supported in consolidations at this time.
- **AR/AP aging metrics are not available** - AR/AP aging schedules are only available as metrics for QBO companies, and are available only as statements for other integrations at this time.

### **How to Adjust the Date of AR/AP Aging Statements**

The date configuration varies depending on your accounting system:

**QuickBooks Desktop or Xero:**

The AR/AP aging statements will reflect the **Last Sync Date**.

**QuickBooks Online:**

You can choose between **Last Sync Date** or **Book Month**. There is an option in the company settings to have your aging reports follow your Book Month. If you enable that setting:

1. Save your changes in the company settings
2. Re-sync the company:

**Note:** If you have the option set for “Aging Reports follow Book Month”, the company will need to be synced anytime the book month or this setting changes
