Our AI-powered feature automatically analyzes your data, identifying key trends, variances, and relationships—just like a seasoned financial analyst. With a single click, generate customized reports and stunning dashboards, tailored to your business needs in seconds.
Traditional templates focus on high-level insights (e.g., Total Income & Expenses). AI-generated reports go deeper, analyzing sub-accounts and highlighting key drivers of the business. If a business doesn’t have a clear driver, AI may group multiple accounts to show how they contribute collectively.
AI-powered reports and dashboards can help you save time in getting started and are fully customizable. You can edit or remove any items within the AI-generated deliverables, just like our standard report and dashboard templates. Similarly, AI reports and dashboards include live dates, allowing them to auto-roll forward from month to month.
You can choose between different AI-generated report styles when creating reports or dashboards. Simply select "AI Generated" when adding a new report or dashboard, choose your data type to analyze (such as "Actuals vs Budget/Forecast"), and let AI create comprehensive visualizations and analysis.
Token Usage and Limits
In the context of AI, a "token" refers to the smallest unit of data that an AI system can process. When dealing with text, for example, tokens can be words, punctuation marks, or even parts of words. In our case, numbers and formulas, etc. Each company will have a certain number of tokens that will be available each month.
The progress bar in your company settings shows your token usage as a percentage. Things like using the AI to generate reports or dashboards, or using the AI analysis tool within reports or dashboards to summarize metrics or statements, will consume tokens.
Your token limit resets each month. If you need more tokens before the next month, please let us know!

With our AI Enhanced Reporting, we use a 3rd party API, which has the following security measures:
- We do not train on your business data
- Our API Platform has been audited and certified for SOC 2 Type 2 compliance
- Data encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+)
